PESHAWAR: A meeting of the of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly’s Standing Committee on Rules and Regulations held here in the conference room of Assembly Secretariat with MPA Yasin Khan Khalil in the chair.
Besides, MPAs Iftikhar Ali Mashwani, Najma Shaheen and Meraj Hamayun authorities of the concerned departments attended. Matters relating to rules and regulations of the assembly come under discussion in the meeting and some issues were deferred till next meeting of the panel.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the KP Assembly Standing Committee on Food was also held here with MPA Bakht Baidar Khan in the chair. Besides, Provincial Minister for Food Qalandar Khan Lodhi, MPAs Mahmood Jan, Zarin Gul Khan and Abdul Sattar Khan and officials food and other concerned departments attended.
The meeting was told that the department had made an appointment and postings on approved vacancies in the warehouses and offices in different districts of the province while land is also acquired for the construction of warehouse in district Torghar. Other agenda items and relating affairs were also discussed.
