DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Suspected militants attacked Chashma Sugar Mills-2 with rockets and hand grenades in Prova tehsil on Friday night. However, no casualty was reported in the incident.
The official sources said that suspected militants attacked Chashma Sugar Millis-2 located in Miryan area with rockets and hand grenades at around 11 pm. The rockets and hand grenades hit the boundary wall of the mills. However, no loss of life or damage was reported in the attack.
Following the incident, the police and officials of the Counter-Terrorism Department reached the spot and cordoned off the area.
The law-enforcers also defused improvised explosive device weighing five kilograms on the occasion.
The police registered the case and started investigation after collecting pieces of evidence.
