LAHORE – Police have recovered drugs, weapons and Indian passports during raid at a police constable’s house in Lahore on Tuesday.
The accused identified as Constable Nadeem works in the investigation department of Defence B police station. According to reports, he was arrested from in Batapur area on charges of collaborating with a gang to smuggle drugs to India.
Police have also recovered three kilograms of heroin, several passports, Indian mobile SIMs and weapons. The suspect has been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation. Whereas, raids are being conducted in the area to nab his accomplices.
